Sprint Capacity Planning

Track your true engineering bandwidth and prevent over-commitment using our detailed **Sprint Capacity Planner**.

Each team member's daily story point capacity is calculated using the following formula:

• Activity Allocation: Tag team member capacity to specific activities (e.g., Development, Testing, Design, Requirements, Deployment, or Documentation).
• Individual & Team Days Off: Configure company holidays and individual vacation days within the active sprint. Klority automatically subtracts these from the team's total available hours.
• Visual Progress Bars: Monitor total capacity against assigned task estimates in real time, alerting you when an engineer is overallocated.

Sprint Retrospectives

Wrap up your iterations using the built-in **Sprint Retrospective Board**. Gather insights, identify friction points, and document action items.
